Neem leaves powder

Neem powder helps with many problems like hangover, allergies or digestive problems.

Oral Use

Neem tea: great for detoxifying the whole organism, cleans blood and liver, strengthens immunity system, nails and hair, improves eye sight, reduces the pain caused by arthritis, rheumatism and the pain in muscles.

It is the best prevention for diabetes, and is also used to control it. It is recommended to drink neem for at least one month so that you could notice the expected results.

Preparation: put ¼ teaspoon of the powder in a cup of hot water (1/2 teaspoon of powder is enough to make 2 cups of tea) and mix it. It tastes bitter, so you can add some honey and lemon juice.

It is recommended to drink neem tea three times a day. The first cup of it in a day should be on an empty stomach.

Digestion: neem tea is excellent for treating indigestion. It refreshes mouth and removes bad breath after only few weeks of taking it. It also reduces or even completely removes the damage on the stomach lining caused by stress.

Teeth: you can use it as a toothpaste-mix neem powder and Himalayan salt and use the mixture to rub it on the gums and teeth. Leave the mixture there for a few minutes and then wash it with lukewarm water.

Scientific research has proven that neem can stop the spread of streptococci on teeth surface. It is prevention for cavity and relieves symptoms in periodontitis and gingivitis.

If you are allergic to pollen, start drinking neem tea in autumn and you will be cured from it by spring.

External Use

BODY: you can use neem instead of a soap-mix the powder with water and spread it on your skin and wash it a few minutes later. You will feel fresh, and your skin will look beautiful.

HAIR: put a neem paste (neem+water) on your hair and leave it in for 1-2 hours. Do it once a week and it will give your hair beautiful color and shine.

PIMPLES: prepare a neem powder mask three days in a row. Put it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will have healthy complexion.

Face masks and healing poultice: the powder made of neem leaves can be mixed with water, or you can mix it with green clay and water and use it as a face mask, healing poultice or a detoxifying mud for the whole body. You can put the same amounts of neem and the clay, or you can decide about the ratio.

WOUNDS: use the neem paste (neem powder+water) every day for 3 to 4 days to help you wound heal faster.

ATHLETE’S FOOT: for treating athlete’s foot or some other foot problems, prepare strong neem tea or just put a spoon of neem into hot water and soak your feet in.

SORE THROAT: for treating sore throat without using antibiotics, rinse the throat with a mixture made of neem and honey (mix neem with lukewarm water and honey however you like it)

SINUSITIS: use a neem solution(strong neem tea-e.g. 1 teaspoon of neem powder for 1 cup of hot water) instead of nasal drops for treating sinusitis. Pour 2 drops of it into your nose in the morning and in the evening.

ALLERGIES: in case you suffer from allergy or a rash, prepare yourself a neem bath 3 days in a row-put 5 spoons of neem into a bathtub. In general, you can put 3 to 4 spoons of neem into a bathtub any time you decide to take a bath.
